ABGRUND 2026: The Ragnarök Drop
Abgrund is German for abyss. It is also the name of our first new collection since the Retro relaunch: four T-shirts that tell the saga of Ragnarök, the Old Norse end of the world, a story with an unsettling echo in the world we live in today.
Four legends, one collection.
Fenrir is the great wolf the gods chained out of fear. At Ragnarök he tears free and swallows Odin. The design shows the moment the chain snaps.
Jörmungandr, the Midgard Serpent, lies coiled around the earth, biting its own tail. When it lets go, the world ends, and it rises from the sea to face Thor.
Surtr is the fire giant from Muspelheim who sets the nine worlds ablaze with his flaming sword. His shirt is the last light before the dark.
Loki, the trickster and father of monsters, slips his bonds and leads the dead into the final battle.
Every shirt is screen-printed by hand on sustainable organic cotton and finished with a glow-in-the-dark layer, so the design comes alive when the lights go out. Each design is a limited edition of 100 pieces, and once they are gone, they are gone.
